1. About Convert2Print

Convert2Print is operated by Mäki & Co (VAT: DK26232196). The service provides automated preparation and conversion of images, illustrations and PDF files into print-ready formats.

By using Convert2Print, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. User Content

You retain full ownership of all files uploaded to Convert2Print.

By uploading files, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the legal right to use it.
• The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• The content does not violate applicable laws.

Convert2Print does not claim ownership of your files.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Convert2Print only for lawful purposes.

You may not upload or process content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights.
• Contains illegal material.
• Contains malware, malicious code or harmful software.
• Is intended to disrupt or abuse the service.

4. Processing of Files

Uploaded files are processed automatically in order to generate print-ready outputs, including image exports, PDF/X-4 files and ZIP downloads.

The service may temporarily store uploaded files and generated outputs as required for processing and delivery.

Generated ZIP downloads are normally available for approximately two hours. Temporary processing files are normally removed within approximately forty-five minutes. Files may be removed earlier when necessary for security, maintenance or storage management.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Convert2Print does not store payment card details.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refunds

Because Convert2Print delivers digital services immediately after processing, refunds are generally not provided once a conversion has been successfully completed.

Refunds may be considered in cases involving:

• Technical failures preventing delivery of purchased outputs.
• Duplicate charges.
• Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Convert2Print available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues or events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Convert2Print is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mäki & Co shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data.
• Loss of profits or revenue.
• Business interruption.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Errors originating from uploaded source files.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before professional printing or commercial distribution.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised update date.
