Convert2Print (“we”, “us”) provides an online service for preparing files in print-ready formats.

2. What data we collect

• Purchase data via Stripe: name (when provided), email, payment status, country (for tax). We do not store full card details.
• Files you upload for conversion (stored temporarily to generate your ZIP and then deleted on a rolling basis).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and logs required for security and abuse prevention.

3. Why we process your data (legal bases)

• Contract: to deliver the service and your downloads.
• Legal obligation: tax/accounting (e.g. keeping payment records).
• Legitimate interests: service security, fraud prevention, and improving reliability.

4. How long we keep data

• Uploaded files / outputs: kept temporarily for processing and delivery (and for Premium job history, if enabled), then deleted on a schedule.
• Payment records: kept as required by accounting/tax laws.

5. Sharing

We use trusted processors such as Stripe (payments) and may use object storage/CDN for downloads. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies/session storage necessary to operate the site and the conversion flow. Analytics cookies (if enabled) will be clearly disclosed.

7. Your rights (EU/EEA)

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise your rights.
